Edge AI
After the data is collected in the field, it is processed on-site by the Edge device installed near the plants. The measurements obtained are processed by our dedicated software and classified in real-time by the algorithm, based on thresholds or decision criteria defined during the training phase.
AWS Cloud
Before becoming operational for the client, our machine-learning-based model is trained and refined on the AWS platform. This optimizes the parameters, with the goal of always making a more accurate analysis. Once ready, it is uploaded to the Edge AI via a license.
Dashboard
Our simple and intuitive dashboard helps the department to know and track product and process
status, allowing you to build a complete and unique approach to optimize production and guarantee the highest product quality. The package can be integrated with our MES Quality module.
